Our story began in the most unexpected way. Neither of us really knew what to expect when we first connected, but after a few conversations and late-night texts, it became clear that something special might be brewing between us.

When we finally met in person, it didn’t take long to realize this was no ordinary connection. We spent hours talking, laughing, and learning about each other—so much so that we ended up staying up all night. Little did we know, that first night would be the start of many more to come.

At the time, he was living in DC after moving from England, and I was wrapping up my last year of nursing school in Charlotte. What started as a simple chance meeting quickly turned into something real, something worth pursuing.

Over the years, we've grown together, learning more about each other, facing challenges, and creating a relationship built on trust, respect, and love. We've learned what it means to truly support one another and never give up, no matter what life throws our way.

As we prepare to say "I do," we’re filled with excitement and gratitude for everything our journey has taught us. Our story is a reminder that love doesn’t always come from where you expect it, but when it’s meant to be, it’s worth every step.
